What this is. Virka reads each patient's wearable trends, adherence, and journal into a short summary written for the moment before they walk in. Signals are relative to each patient's own 14-day baseline, not clinical thresholds, and this is not a medical device. It shows you what is worth asking about, never a compliance score. Raw journal text and the full biometric stream stay on the patient's device; only the summaries they consent to appear here, and any of it can be pulled as an export for the visit.
